Phase 1 Conduct Research and Determine Hiring Needs
Understanding your hiring needs based on your technical requirements and corporate culture, we tap our comprehensive database of candidates to identify the professionals most likely to fit your specific needs.
Phase 2 Source, Screen and Select
Red Circle, Inc. recruiters and seasoned software professionals personally screen and conduct a technical interview with each potential candidate using an in-depth, methodical questioning process that tests each candidate’s technical competencies. We evaluate each candidate for an ideal match between skill set and the qualifying factors provided by the client.
Phase 3 Present Candidates
Once the target candidates have been selected, Red Circle, Inc. will present resumes and technical score sheets. Recruiters will coordinate interview schedules with the hiring manager and candidates.
Phase 4 Coordinate and Accept Offer
After a fit has been determined, recruiters will work with the hiring manager and candidate to make an offer and necessitate a start.
Phase 5 Gather Client Feedback
Whether Red Circle, Inc. or another firm fills the position, our goal is to gather feedback on the performance of Red Circle, Inc. personnel. Specifically, after a search, we will conduct an assessment to determine the strengths and areas for improvement in the Red Circle, Inc. recruitment process.

In addition, we will also follow up with the new employee to ensure a seamless transition into your environment.
