• Client Summary: Mid-sized CRM consulting firm based in Chicago
• Travel Required: 50%
• Position Summary:
  • Individual will lead development teams on implementation projects in various areas including OSS, Billing, and CRM
  • Position will require the manager to work at high levels with the client and to work with the implementation team on system architecture.
  • All managers in this company are technical as well as functional. This is an important aspect of their culture. Everyone contributes.
• Experience:
  • 7-8 years experience consulting with at least 2 years at a manager level.
  • Large project experience required; at least one project of 20-30 people
  • Industry experience; extensive experience working with telco clients
  • Functional competencies desired; CRM, Network Inventory, and Billing Systems
  • Technical competencies desired; Java and EAI
  • Business Development experience; proposal development and face-to-face sales support required.
