Travel Required: up to 50%

Position Summary:

As a member of the leadership team, the Principal Business Consultant will have complete accountability for the life-cycle of new and innovative business consulting services, from developing strategies and plans to driving execution. Our senior level hires are responsible for leading a team in designing, implementing, and delivering custom business solutions. Manage, motivate, and develop an established team of high potential consultants.
Provide exceptional leadership and create a culture of high achievement, profit-focus and excellent customer service, while contributing to the overall management and strategic development of the company
Responsible for Project Delivery: Project Planning, Project Management, Business Consulting
Internal Team and Client Management
Accountability for success of Client Program/Projects Define, maintain and execute on an account plan that is in line with company strategy
Financial responsibility for revenue/margin at the account
Define and deliver Proposals for Additional work within an account
Staff Development and Mentoring junior resources

Experience:

5+ years of consulting experience
Experience in ICM, EIM, or SCP preferred
Management or leadership experience
Project based success required
Experience managing a project or a client account
Quantitative/Analytical background
Creative and Entrepreneurial spirit
