Travel Required: 10%
Position Summary:
- The Business Analyst will frequent interact with all impacted parties of a Telecommunications client to assess whether the requirements from various groups integrate into the overall program.
- Qualified candidates will be expected to facilitate JAD/RAD sessions with clients and quickly assess the facts of the discussion to not only gain an understanding of the issues, but drive to a solution.
- This will require an understanding of the requirement creation process, and strong analytical skills to determine potential inconsistencies.
Experience:
- Experience as a consultant in a BA role, Big 5 background preferred
- 2-3 years experience facilitating JAD/RAD sessions
- Requirements gathering experience
- Telecom experience preferred. Functional competencies desired; OSS and Billing Systems
- B.S. in Computer Science
